What counts as workout proof?
One photo — mid-workout, post-workout, or your shoes with a timestamp. Any gym, outdoors, or at home. We are not judging form. We just want to see you showed up. No video, no selfie required.
Is my photo kept private?
Completely. Your photo is used for order verification only. Never posted, shared, or stored beyond that. This is between you and your goal.
What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final. This is a commitment purchase, not an impulse buy. Manufacturing defects are covered immediately — we will replace the item. Change of mind is not a return reason. We are transparent about that upfront.
How long does shipping take?
2–3 weeks from order verification. Each hoodie is made to order with your level embroidered in. Tracking is sent once your proof is verified and production begins. First run is US-only; international availability coming later.
How do I unlock the EARNED level?
Hit 100% of your stated goal and refer one person who completes a purchase. Both must be confirmed. The referral must be genuine — they need to actually order. This is the hardest tier. That is the point.
